Hi, I’m glad you joined me today.
I would love to share my gift with you, which is Presence.
I’ve had it since my earliest childhood memory. Most of us have it when young but unfortunately we lose it as we age. I was able to hold on, to the present day. Boy, the things I’ve observed and learned as a result. Most fundamentally, I’ve learned much about the unifying desire we all share.
What’s the most common desire? To be truly happy.
I submit to you a very simple formula for Happiness: Presence + Acceptance = Happiness
Feeling unhappy is nothing more that our inability to Accept our current situation, which is really an accumulation of past experiences, [in]action and outcomes.
If you FEEL like something is missing in your daily experience, I’m excited to help you find the missing link –> Presence.
[that sounds simple, obvious, and a bit odd or insulting to some people. If I still have your attention, read on. I welcome an orientation call if you are ready]Schedule an orientation call Now

I was profoundly impressed with his presence, intelligence and — most of all — with his great heart. [/endorsement]
The required action is merely asking yourself, intentionally, as events unfold each day, “Do I ACCEPT this situation and outcome?” “If not, why not?” “What caused the scenario to unfold in a way that I did not expect and cannot accept?”
Typically, we take issue with External events unfolding in ways inconsistent with what we’d like to experience for our self and those we care about. External events involve complex scenarios where groups of people are more [or unfortunately less] involved in the preparation (awareness building, debate, buy-in and support for) of unfolding events as a Shared Experience [between people who were affected by outcomes]. The catch is, were those people who were affected, included in the preparation? How could we find the space to think, consider who’s truly affected, and practically include them in the preparation?
If you are seeking to find better ways to Connect with your family, friends, colleagues and the organization and communities you Serve, I will help you adjust your approach to life in a way you never imagined possible.
“Wow, what a bold statement”. Let me prove it!

David Fernandez displays such a talent.[/endorsement]
Leadership is Servitude. Nope, not a typo. You must be totally committed to those you serve, without “choice”.
You might think … “Wait a minute though, I don’t see myself as Leader or I don’t have a titled responsibility in my company, so why should any of this matter?”
The desire to serve is automatic and irresistible, IF we remember how Connected we are with everyone and everything in Life. Remembering our Connection, we have NO choice but Commitment (to each other and all aspects of Life). First, we need to learn about our SELF, which enables us to learn about others. The more we learn about Others, the more we truly desire to Serve them.
The ability to serve flows naturally through Transparent Inspiration. People follow those who inspire them. We seek to be near those who have Presence (because we seek to have more for ourself).
Let me help you remember and reconnect with your inspiration. Life is simple from that point on. Yep, simple!

His talents are as deep as they are wide. David is a dynamic individual that balances the too much or too little line with confidence and grace. I highly recommend David for organizational transformation or executive coaching. His effectiveness can be observed at the team and tactical layer or at the top of the house with ROI and value prop. Great person, great experiences and tremendous talent.[/endorsement]
